CARR Center Sends a Thank You to Donors For Supporting Their Annual Christmas Party

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The CARR Center had their annual Christmas party through the Adult Day Care Service Program.

Becky Clawson, Executive Director at the CARR Center, expressed how it was a beautiful turn out, but they couldn’t have had the party without the donors, Quality Care Partners and Home Instead, along with other community members.

“We have our activities volunteers and our activity director do fun things like make ornaments for the tree and plan the party, and do fun activities. We had Santa come and none of that would be possible without our generous donors. So, I just want to thank them and the people who donate all year to make sure that this program has what it needs,” Clawson stated.

The purpose of the Adult Day Care allows the clients to continue to do what they love. Clawson talked about how the CARR Center is happy to provide a bigger life for their clients.

“These kind of things really help our adult day folks still be involved in community life, still have a community outside of their household, they get exercise, they do things, they learn new things, they got to sing last week and do all kinds of fun Christmas activities that they may not get to do anywhere else outside in the community,” Clawson said.
