Carolyn Ann Fey

ZANESVILLE

Carolyn Ann Fey, 51, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. She was born October 15, 1970, in Sharon, PA to the late Charles Albert Fey Sr. and Louella Ruth Arbuckle Kinder. She was an RN for 12 ½ years at The Ohio State University Medical Center West. In addition to nursing, she also enjoyed fishing, bingo, NASCAR and most importantly, being a mom and grandmother.

Surviving are her children: Autum M. Suttles, Paul W. Palmer, Ethan W. Evans, Paula A. Earley , Kylie M. Evans, and Edward Dixon Jr.; two brothers: Joseph Fey and Charles Fey; seven half brothers and four grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two children: Patricia A. Dixon and Rodney W. Dixon.
