Phyllis J. Dilley
Phyllis J. Dilley, 69, passed away Friday January 7, 2022 at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Center. She was born May 26, 1952, a daughter of Betty Stewart Dilley and the late Ralph Dilley.
Phyllis loved listening to country music, especially Keith Urban. She loved going to her Workshop, the RHDD Alternative Program, where she loved doing art and clay projects and socializing with others.
She is survived by her mother Betty Stewart Dilley; her siblings, Rose (Ronald) Snack, Nora Gallis, Clyde “Lee” (Becky) Dilley, Sharon (Dan) Barker and April (Dwain) Amspaugh; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews; and 1 great great nephew.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Dilley; a sister Bonnie Mauller; a nephew Christopher Mauller; a great nephew; and a brother-in-law Louis Gallis; a brother-in-law, John Aldred.
