Two Men Plead Not Guilty in Cases Involving Minors

Two Muskingum County men appeared in court Wednesday on in two separate cases involving minors.

In Common Pleas Court Wayne R. Flickinger plead not guilty to four counts of rape of a victim less than 10, 5 counts of rape with a sexually violent predator specification and one court of gross sexual imposition. Bond was set at $500,000.

According to court records the offenses took place between February of 2011 and February 2020.

Marc Worden of Adamsville pled not guilty to one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance and two counts of rape. His bond was also set at $500,000. Officials said the offenses took place between June of 2021 and July of 2021.
