Licking County Accident

The State Highway Patrol investigates a late night accident in Licking County.

Officials said the accident took place at 11:43 p.m. Thursday at Fallsburg and Cedar Run Road.

Troopers said the male driver went over an embankment and struck a pole. He was flown from Licking Memorial Hospital to Ohio State University Medical Center.

At this time it’s not known what caused the driver to crash. The accident remains under investigation.
