4 More Arrests In Burned Body Case

Muskingum County Prosecutor Mike Haddox says four more people have been arrested in connection with the burning body death case in Morgan County.  Haddox says 21-year-old Marcia Brittany-Lee Harris of Cliffwood Avenue is charged with two counts of tampering with evidence, 3 counts of obstruction of justice and one count of abuse of a corpse.  The prosecutor says Harris’ mother 39-year-old Billy J. Harris of State Route 60 in McConnelsville is also charged in the case and is facing 2 counts of obstruction of justice and one count of tampering with evidence. Haddox says a third suspect is identified as 18-year-old Tiffany Ellen Peace of Schultz Street is charged with 2 counts of tampering with evidence, 3 counts of obstructing justice and one count of abuse of corpse.  Haddox says the final person charged in the case is 21-year-old Samantha M. Drabik of Athena Lane.  She faces one count of obstruction of justice.  All four are being held in the Zanesville City Jail.  Wednesday Zanesville Police arrested the main suspect in the case, 19-year-old Shaquille Davis of Zanesville.  He is charged with one count of murder with a gun specification in connection with the burning death of 24-year-old Phillip Lawrence Kimbro Jr. on County Road 15 in Morgan County last month.
