Cost of Gas Up This Week
The cost of gas for Ohio drivers is up slightly compared with last week. The state’s average for a gallon of regular gas is $3.48 Monday, according to Auto Club AAA. That’s up 6 cents from a week ago. Compared with the average at this time last year, it’s 28 cents cheaper. The average nationwide was $3.54 per gallon on Monday. That’s down a penny from a week ago and is 18 cents less than a year ago. Analyst are keeping an eye on oil production and export disruptions caused by turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa.
