Repetitive rounds of precipitation through Tuesday night will raise
flash flood potential.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, Muskingum,
Noble and Tuscarawas, southwest Pennsylvania, including the
following area, Greene, and West Virginia, including the following
areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Marshall,
Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and
Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- While most locations will generally see less than 2 inches of
rainfall, isolated locations could see up to 2 to 5 inches, which
would create high water issues through portions of eastern Ohio,
southwest Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

At 1035 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles east of
Perry State Forest, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
McConnelsville, Malta, Bristol, and Eagleport.

building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

At 1048 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 5
miles west of Freeport to 10 miles northwest of Caldwell, moving east
at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Cambridge, Freeport, Newcomerstown, New Concord, Byesville, Antrim,
Philo, Senecaville, Pleasant City, Cumberland, Lore City, Old
Washington, Belle Valley, Plainfield, Norwich, High Hill,
Chandlersville, Ruraldale, Duncan Falls and Tippecanoe.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

moving southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Columbus, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Delaware, Gahanna, Pataskala,
Johnstown, Sunbury, Beechwood Trails, Summit Station, Granville
South, New Albany, Jersey, Galena, Alexandria, Hartford, Interstate
71 at US Route 36/State Route 37, Alum Creek State Park, Olive
Green, and State Route 310 at State Route 161.

This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 124 and 139.
