OVI Checkpoint in Coshocton This Evening

An OVI checkpoint will take place in Coshocton County this evening…

The Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Department will perform the checkpoint from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. this evening on Seventh Street in the City of Coshocton.

The checkpoint, funded by federal grants, is planned to deter and intercept impaired drivers. The checkpoint will also be held in conjunction with nearby saturation patrols to aggresively combat alcohol-related injury and fatal crashes

If you plan to consume alcohol, designate a driver and make other travel arrangements before you drink.
