ZPD Surrounds House After Report of Shots Fired

Zanesville Police have surrounded a house at 1614 Sharon Avenue after a report of gunshots fired.

It happened around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.  Whiz News is reporting 4 people have been taken into a police cruiser for questioning… 3 men and 1 woman. Sharon Avenue was closed at White Oak during the investigation, but is now open to traffic. The Zanesville Post of the Highway Patrol also sent troopers to the scene to assist ZPD.
