Daniel Indicted In Fatal Burger King Shooting

The man charged in connection with a fatal shooting incident at Burger King on the Maysville Pike was indicted today by a Muskingum County Grand Jury.   Prosecutor Mike Haddox says 34-year-old Timothy Daniel of Jonathan Drive was indicted on aggravated murder with a firearm specification, having a weapon while under a disability, felonious assault, carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.  Haddox says Daniel is accused in the shooting death of 61-year-old Charles Hooper of Zanesville at the south end restaurant last Thursday morning.  Haddox says if Daniel is convicted of the aggravated murder charge he could potentially face life in prison without parole.
