Accident Closes One Lane of I-70

The Zanesville Post of the Highway Patrol is investigating an accident on I-70 near the Airport Road Exit.  Reports from the scene indicate three vehicles involved and at least 7 people injured…Some are trauma victims and they have been transported to Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital.  Two cars are in the median and one is off the side of the road.  One lane of I-70 at the accident scene is closed to traffic. The accident happened around 5 p.m.
