Bell Pleads Guilty to Sex Charges

A New Concord man enters a plea in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court to sex charges. The Prosecutor’s Office says that 49-year-old Michael Alan Bell plead guilty to one count of sexual battery and one count of gross sexual imposition. Judge Kelly Cottrill continued Bell’s bond at 500-thousand dollars and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
