Wayne Avenue To Close Thursday

The City of Zanesville will be closing an area road later this week.  Officials say Wayne Avenue will shut down for two hours on Thursday December 26th between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.  The closure is for the removal of a damaged billboard.
