Boil Advisory in New Concord

Water Service for some New Concord customers has been disrupted due to a main break.

A boil advisory has been issued for customers on Hillcrest Drive and North Friendship Drive from McCalls Lane to John Glenn School Road until further notice.

Customers are advised to boil all water used for drinking and cooking. Customers may experience low pressure or discolored water and should not do laundry until the water clears.

Boil advisories are a required precautionary safety measure necessary until laboratory testing confirms the safety of the water.
