Burger King Employees Testify
The trial of the White Cottage man charged in a shooting death at the South Zanesville Burger King continued Wednesday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. 34-year-old Timothy Daniel is facing multiple charges including aggravated murder in the shooting death of 61-year-old Charles Hooper of Zanesville last October. The prosecution brought in two Burger King employees who testified they saw Daniel hit and then shoot Cooper then leave the restaurant. A customer who also testified said he saw the same thing.
