Larry Rush

Larry E. “Mad Rushin” Rush, 69, of Zanesville, passed away Monday, October 30, 2023, at his home. He was born September 20, 1954, in Zanesville, the son of Marion E. Rush and Jerusha E. (Christian) Rush. Larry retired from Zane State College following many years of service. He was a lifelong member and past secretary of the Only One’s Motorcycle Club.

Larry leaves behind his daughter, Tricia Rush of Lancaster; grandsons, Darien Williams and DaMichael Williams both of Canal Winchester; his granddaughter, Loudyn Banks of Lancaster; brothers, Tyrone Rush of Dublin and Gary Rush of Zanesville; his sister, Melanie Rush of Heath and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death one sister, Marilyn Timberlake and a nephew, Brent Rush.

Friends may call 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Hillis, Combs & Nestor Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Keith Wyatt, Sr. officiating.
