Missing Person Located

The Zanesville Police Department said a missing person has been located.

Det. Sgt. Phil Michel said 31-year-old Marrkys Kennedy was last seen at 1555 Ridge Avenue around four weeks ago.  Kennedy has previous disappearances. Det. Sgt. Michel said he has now been located and is safe.
