Big Brothers Big Sisters Buckeye Pep Rally Set for November 17th

ZANESVILLE, OH – The highly anticipated Big Brothers Big Sisters Buckeye Pep Rally is all set to take place at the Muskingum County Fair Grounds on November 17th.

The sold-out pep rally promises a fun filled day while featuring a variety of activities including a live auction, cornhole, ax throwing, a football toss, and much more.

“We’re super excited to bring some more fun and excitement and build on to this really big event. We’re expecting over 500 people, so it’s going to be a big crowd,” BBBS Executive Director, Katie Lupsor said.

The funds raised from this event will contribute to the continuation and expansion of the Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring programs.

“We’ve seen a big jump in a need for our programs. We have exponentially increased over the last year; we’ve doubled the kids that we served. We want to serve more and events like this definitely help make that possible,” Lupsor said.

For those who were unable to secure tickets for this year’s pep rally, it will be making a return next year offering another opportunity for community support.
