Daniel Gets Life In Burger King Murder

The man convicted of a fatal shooting at the Burger King in South Zanesville learned his fate Monday. 

34-year-old Timothy Daniel of White Cottage was sentenced to life in prison without parole on an aggravated murder charge in the shooting death of 61-year-old Charles Hooper of Zanesville. 

Daniel has already appealed his conviction.
