Warsaw Pastor Guilty in Jan. 6 Capitol Breach

District of Columbia- A Frazeysburg man was found guilty in the District of Columbia on Monday of felony and misdemeanor charges for his actions in inciting the mob with a bullhorn during the January 6 Capitol breach.

58-year-old William Dunfee was found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding or aiding and abetting and civil disorder. He was also convicted of a misdemeanor charge of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds.

The DOJ said that Dunfee through a bullhorn told the crowd the election had been stolen and to rise up. He also pushed a metal barricade against officers with the US Capitol Police twice.

Dunfee is the pastor of New Beginnings Ministry in Warsaw. He will be sentenced on May 24.
