Vickie Hale

Vickie I. Hale, 64 of New Lexington, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on January 23, 2024, at the Morrison House in Zanesville.
Vickie was raised in Plain City, Ohio, with her siblings Thomas, Mary, and Robert, where she graduated from Jonathan Alder High School. She then went on to get a degree at MATC in Computer Science that she put to work creating websites for businesses around Muskingum County.
She married the love of her life, Russell Hale, on December 06, 1982, in Zanesville, Ohio.
She spent her life creating. She loved making quilts, wreaths, and other crafts. But most of all her favorite things in life were her children and grandchildren which she had a total of 19 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She always had love for her family and was loved beyond what she could have ever comprehended.
Vickie leaves behind her loving husband, Russell Hale; her children, Amber Moore, Michael Hale, Christopher (Kelly) Hale, and Tarasha Hale, a brother Thomas Moore, and sister Mary (Ernie) Wisecarver.
She is preceded in death by her parents C. Richard & Beverly Moore, her infant son Jonathan (Little John) Moore, her sister-in-law, Linda Moore, and her loving brother, Robert Moore.
Per Vickie’s wishes, a caring cremation will take place at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. A Memorial will be held on Monday January 29, 2024, at 4:00 PM at the Anchor Church in New Lexington, Ohio.
