Blacklick Man Found Guilty

Muskingum Co.-The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office said a 20-year-old Blacklick man was found guilty of vehicular homicide by a Muskingum County Court of Common Pleas jury after just 45 minutes of deliberating.

Authorities said Dustin Howington was convicted of recklessly driving his van into the path of an oncoming motorcycle. The crime occurred on August 19, 2023, resulting in the death of James Sanor of Lancaster.

Assisting Prosecuting Attorney Gerald Anderson said he’s pleased with the verdict.
