Kenneth Reed

CROOKSVILLE
Kenneth Shane Reed, 53, of Crooksville, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024, at The Ohio State University Ross Heart Hospital. He was born April 27, 1970, in Zanesville to Kenneth Wayne Reed and Jane Bonifield Poling. He was a 1988 graduate of Maysville High School and was a truck driver for Fletco. He served his country and protected our freedom in the United States Army. Kenny enjoyed riding his Harley.

He is survived by his mother Jane Bonifield Poling; children: Morgan (Cameron Kuhn) Reed and Jared Reed; fiancée Heather Lynn Tatman; four grandchildren: Carter Gross, Annabelle Kuhn, Damien Kuhn and Brynleigh Kuhn; and his former spouse Nancy (Kacey) Warthman.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his daughter Whitley Mae Reed; and grandparents: Harold (Opal) Bonifield and John (Evelyn) Reed.

Calling hours will be from 2 to 4PM Friday, February 9, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral service will begin at 4PM in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Bobby Shaw officiating.
