Foley Set to Perform at the Renner Theater

ZANESVILLE, OH  A local theater is getting ready for a big night this weekend.

The Renner Theater is getting ready to host a concert featuring Bill Foley this Saturday at 7PM.

Foley is a Columbus based singer who has performed alongside people like Kevin Costner and many others.

Rich Tolliver, the President of the Zane Trace Players, talked about the local artist that will also be performing at the Renner on Saturday.

“Bob Skidmore is a long time resident of this area, but he’s traveled and toured all over the county,” Tolliver said. “He’s toured with shows like “Big River” and he plays, sings, and writes his own songs. We’ll be getting a little mix of several things from him.”

Tolliver said this show will more than delight those that attend.

“You’ll be entertained, first and foremost. You’ll be able to get off the couch and go and see something while having fun,” Tolliver said. “We’ll have a good time! You can mingle with the people here and talk with the entertainers afterward. This will also help the theater, just to help pay our cost for the electric bills and so forth.”
