ZPD Targets Prostitution Problem

The Zanesville Police Department announces details of an operation targeting the prostitution problem in Zanesville.  Chief Kenneth Miller says there were two area targeted – Ridge Avenue and Downtown.  Miller says this was conducted using the department Dap Officer, on duty patrol officers and officers working overtime.  There were a total of 13 arrests during the operation.  There were 10 males arrested for loitering to engage in solicitation and 3 females arrested for Solicitation/Prostitution.
