Former Zanesville Coach & Teacher Dies

 A legendary former coach and teacher at Zanesville City Schools has passed away.

Don Stahl died late Thursday night at Morrison House at the age of 94. He was inducted into the Zanesville City Schools Hall of Fame in 2009 and had served as president of the ZHS Tip Off Club for many years.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, September 29 at the Bryan and Hardwick Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the First Christian Church on Military Road prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service. Memorial contributions can be made to the Zanesville High School Tip Off Club, Muskingum County Animal Shelter, or the First Christian Church.
