Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor Stopped in Zanesville Wednesday

The Kasich Administrations campaign made a stop in Zanesville Wednesday afternoon.

Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor stopped by Bryan Place a little after 12:00 p.m. Wednesday to talk to people about different platforms including the State of Ohio’s budget four years ago when Governor Kasich and Taylor took office in comparison where it stands now. Lieutenant Governor Taylor also fielded questions from the audience and discussed schooling and drug rehabilitation issues.

"It’s great to get out in the communities across the State of Ohio, including Zanesville, just to touch base. You know, what is going on in your community, how are things going."

While recent polls have come out, Taylor told us that they don’t really give them any thought.

"We really don’t pay attention to the public polls" says Taylor, "We need to keep focused on the things we need to do, and we are going to run the same campaign regardless."

Taylor also says that she feels the groups that she has talked to really understand and respect the opportunity to vote and how important it is to do so.
