30 Years – Frame Still Missing
It’s been 30 years and a single Zanesville mother of three children is still missing. You may remember the story of 38-year-old Barbara Frame. She disappeared in 1985 and Zanesville Police still have no leads. At the time her family said Frame left her home for an appointment with her attorney about her recent divorce and said she would be right back to cook dinner but she never returned. Her car was found empty the next day. Now a private investigator is trying to attain new information in the case. Lilly Paisley tells WHIZ News that Saturday morning a group of people will begin distributing 1000 missing persons posters for Frame in hopes of developing new information on her whereabouts. The kickoff will take place at 9 a.m. at the Riesbeck’s on Underwood Street in Zanesville. Frame’s children will be releasing 30 balloons signifying 30 years of missing.
