Tri-Valley Uses Strong First Inning to Overwhelm Indian Valley

COSHOCTON, OH – They came, they saw, they conquered another foe on the baseball diamond. Make it ten consecutive victories for Tri-Valley, dating back to the end of April, after an 11-4 victory over Indian Valley in the district semifinal matchup in Division II.

The Scotties had a small hill to climb after the visiting Braves plated three runs in the top of the first. Tri-Valley stormed right back with seven runs in the bottom half, after sending twelve batters to the plate in the inning, and never looked back from there.

Next up for Tri-Valley? Number four Indian Creek in the district title game on Wednesday at 5 PM at Buckeye Trail High School.
