Dutro Pleads Guilty in Drug Case May 28, 2024 Nichole Hannahs, Muskingum Co. – An Adamsville resident confessed to illegal drug use and possession charges in Muskingum Common Pleas Court. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office said 38-year-old Dustin L. Dutro of Adamsville, plead guilty to felony aggravated possession of drugs, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while impaired. He’ll be sentenced at a later date. The prosecutor’s office said during the early morning of January 24, Dutro called 911 but ended the call. Dispatchers were able to identify the caller as Dutro and reestablished contact with him. He claimed to have heard a gunshot while walking to his vehicle. He also believed he was being followed in a truck. Law enforcement met with Dutro on State Route 93. Dutro later explained to the officer that he had used methamphetamine the previous night. Without prompting, Dutro gave the officer his wallet, admitting that it contained methamphetamine. Upon search of the vehicle, a glass smoking pipe was also found.
