Culinary Challenge to Support Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival
CAMBRIDGE, OH – Get ready for a delicious showdown on Friday, June 21st, at the Eagles Banquet Hall in Cambridge.
The Culinary Challenge promises a mouth-watering evening filled with fantastic food and fun. Doors open at 5 PM, with tasting starting at 5:30. For $25, attendees can sample BBQ, main dishes, side dishes, and desserts. Cast your vote on your favorite dish and see who the best culinary artist in Cambridge is.
“We’re so excited to have our first annual Culinary Challenge. This is our fundraiser to help support the Salt Fork Festival. This is going to be a chance for all the culinary artists to join in the fun,” Salt Fork Festival Board President Stephanie Bridwell said.
Four winners, one in each category, will take home $200 cash and a trophy. If you want to join the culinary challengers, the deadline to sign up is June 10th. You can sign up by calling (740) 584-0652. The evening will also feature a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and music by Matt Frampton.
“I’m looking forward to the sense of community. I think that anytime we can have an activity that brings so many different groups together to support a community event, it’s a lot of fun. When you have groups like the sheriff’s department, the fire department, police department, and a lot of local businesses, then it’s just a great time and it’s just fun to be part of that,” Bridwell said.
The Eagles Banquet Hall is located at 1930 East Wheeling Avenue in Cambridge.
