Explore 101 Days of Summer Fun in Muskingum County

ZANESVILLE, OH – There are many fun things to do in our area this summer, in fact, there are 101.

Visit Zanesville has compiled a list called the 101 Days of Summer in Muskingum County, with different categories of activities depending on what you want to explore that day.

Kelly Ashby, the Vice President of the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce and Visit Zanesville, said the 101 Days of Summer guide is like a bucket list of things to see and do in our area.

“The cool thing about it is it’s in categories, so there’s things about artists, there’s things about soaking up the sun,” Ashby said. ”Outdoor adventures, and the Summer Concert Series and all the dates to those. Just a lot of fun things and depending on what might be your interests, or all of the above, explore it all.”

Ashby says they’ve also been working with Coshocton and Guernsey Counties to create a winery guide. The Wild About Wine trail guide highlights over 14 local wineries as you Sip Your Way Through Southeast Ohio. She says this is a fun experience to check different wineries off your list while enjoying the sites.

“It’s a fun thing to check list off and participate in,” Ashby said. “ There are prizes available for all of the places you have gone, there will be some prizes awarded if you hit all those places.”
