Road Work Slated for S.R. 284

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced Wednesday that State Route 284(Big Muskie Drive)  in Muskingum County will be closed for 3 days for roadway maintenance.

The closure will begin Monday, December 29,  in the area between SR 146 and SR 340 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The project is estimated to be completed by the end of the day on December 31, weather permitting.

The authorized detour will lead southbound traffic down SR 146 to SR 340, back to SR 284, and reverse for northbound.
