City Tire Pros: Players of the Week

Zanesville,OH- Week 4 was full of  amazing performances on the football field and we are now honoring our City Tire Pros Players of the Week.

Our Highway 103 and Community Bank TV Game of the Week player of the game was New Lexington’s Bentley Hanson. Hanson had the biggest impact on the New Lex’s game with West Muskingum. He grabbed 7 catches for 188 yards and 2 touchdowns in the Panthers last second win over the Tornadoes.

On Z92 the Sheridan Generals took on the Maysville Panthers. The Generals had complete control from start to finish. Sheridan’s Evan Anderson received player of the week honors snagging two interceptions with one of them being a pick six. He was a force on special teams as well taking a 95 yard kickoff return to the end zone as the Generals win 38-0.

On AM-1240 the Zanesville Blue Devils traveled to Columbus to take on Columbus Academy. They fell 39-0, but the Blue Devils Brayden Claytor had a solid defensive game with 6 tackles, two for losses along with a pass break up.
