Licking Co. Homicide Investigation

Licking County- The Licking County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that took place just before 3:15 Monday morning.

Sheriff Randy Thorp said deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of Albright Road in Hanover Township, where they found 48-year-old Dale Matson, of Newark deceased.

The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information regarding this incident to contact Detective Burgess.
