Richard Cullins

Richard Cullins, 83, of Dresden, passed away, Friday afternoon, October 25, 2024.

Born June 28, 1941, in Dresden a son of the late George Willard “Bill” and Margaret Carr Cullins and a 1959 graduate of Jefferson High School. Richard retired after 36 years as a bus driver with Tri-Valley Schools and then went on to become a mail carrier with the Dresden Post Office.

Surviving are his three sons, Rex (Paula) of South Carolina, Ted (Marilyn), and Derk (Brandi) both of Dresden; a daughter, Kaci Cullins of Dresden; five grandchildren, Justin, Amber, Kristin, Kaitlyn, and Abigail; two great grandchildren, Kinslee, and Sophie; and a sister, Debbie of Killbuck, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Rose Ann Brown, who he married on July 15, 1961, and who died on February 2, 2006; a sister, Norma; a brother, George Dickerson and a granddaughter, Madison.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at the Muskingum Covenanter Cemetery, Fulton Lane, Dresden, Ohio 43821 with Pasto Dan Wells officiating.

Richard will be laid to rest by his wife, Rose Ann at Muskingum Covenanter Cemetery.
