Donald Trump Jr. Rallies Zanesville for Bernie Moreno

ZANESVILLE, OH – GOP figures gathered in Zanesville on October 29th to support Senate candidate Bernie Moreno.

With Election Day just one week away, the rally drew a large crowd to Bryan Place, where Donald Trump Jr. encouraged local residents to head to the polls. Donald Trump Jr., Troy Balderson, and Vivek Ramaswamy spoke to attendees about the importance of voter turnout in Ohio. Supporters at the rally voiced what they see as important issues for the state and country, and expressed why they feel it’s critical to participate in this election.

“I think moving forward, there’s never been a time where an election cycle is so important. I think what you have from the left is total communism and we have to fight against it.” Rally Attendee, Austin Griffin said.

“Our country is at a critical state right now and we’ve got to do everything we can to get in. We need to improve the economy; we need to secure our country and secure our boarders. There’s so much to be done.” Rally Attendee, Carrie Masterson said.

Donald Trump Jr. urged voters to support candidates across the republican ticket. He spoke about what he sees as key issues, including the economy, border security, and education.

“I think that it’s so critical that they go vote. But they don’t just vote for Donald Trump, they go vote for Troy Balderson, and they vote for Bernie Moreno. We need to win a straight republican ticket. I’ve been there when my father was the president but didn’t have strong people in the house, the senate, or anywhere else down the line. Our school boards frankly are just as important. We need to show Washington D.C. we’ve had enough. Sherrod Brown votes with Joe Biden over 98% of the time. He is not a moderate. I understand he’s pretending to be right now in the election in Ohio, where he understands he’s in great peril. It’s not going to work. They’re going to go back to Washington D.C. and do the exact same thing. People have to go out and vote. They have to call their friends in swing states to make sure that they’re voting elsewhere, and they have to vote straight republican ticket.” Donald Trump Jr. said.

Supporters also highlighted their enthusiasm for the republican candidates on the 2024 ballot, saying they’re hopeful for changes that align with their values.

“Go Trump, go Moreno, go Troy Balderson, all of them. We have a great slate of candidates; Bernie Moreno is one of our best senate candidates ever. I’m just thrilled for who we’ve got up this year.” Carrie Masterson said.

“I feel like our country has never needed a change like this. Donald Trump is going to; he loves our country. I truly feel like he is the best candidate we’ve had in my lifetime.” Rally Attendee, Bri Hill said.

With just days remaining until the election, the rally at Bryan Place was a final push to motivate residents to get out and vote.

In the upcoming election, Bernie Moreno will face Sherrod Brown in the Senate race, Congressman Troy Balderson is up against Jerrad Christian, and Donald Trump is running against Kamala Harris for presidency.
