MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – As of 7:20 A.M. Morgan, Nobel and Perry Counties are under a Level 2 Snow Emergency. Guernsey and Muskingum Counties are under a Level 1 Snow Emergency.

Distemper Caused Dog Pound to Quarantine

Vaccines Mandatory at OSU

COLUMBUS, OHIO (WHIZ) – Officials at Ohio State say incoming students won’t be allowed to schedule classes next fall unless they are caught up on their vaccinations. The Columbus Dispatch reports the new policy is a response to a mumps outbreak around the campus last year that sickened nearly 500 people.
