Follies Family Hosts Variety Show
The Follies Family is at it again!
The variety group gathered on Saturday at the Secrest Auditorium to put on a pair of shows to benefit Hospice. We spoke with the group’s president, Jon Kullman, about the event.
“A lot of singing and dancing, plenty of comedy, we do have a couple of “magic acts,” a few dance studios coming in to preform,” he said. “We have Pyrotechnika here doing an act .”
With lively performances, the show was full of entertainment. The money that was raised for Hospice really means a lot to those involved.
“A lot of the people that are in the show have had either a family or a close friend go through the Hospice program, and they’re here to try and give back,” Kullman said.
Everything raised from the performances Friday and Saturday goes directly to people who need end of life care but are unable to afford it.
