Amber Alert Cancelled

A statewide Amber Alert’s been canceled. The statewide alert out of Cuyahoga County was issued early Friday morning.

Authorities said the child has been recovered safely. 

Authorities said one-month-old Kemyra Foust was believed to have been taken by her mother’s ex-boyfriend, 25-year-old Ramon Ogletree.
