Three People Air Lifted to Hospital after Single car Accident

Shortly before 1 p.m. Saturday Heath Police and Fire Departments responded to a single car injury accident near 1500 Blue Jay Road. 

According to the Heath Police Department, it is possible that all three of the passengers were ejected from the vehicle. The two 25-year-old adults in the car were air lifted to the Ohio State University Hospital and the 8-year-old children was air lifted to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus. The names of the injured persons are not being released at this time, and the condition of the three is unknown. 

On request by the Heath Police Department, the Ohio State Highway Patrol has taken over the investigation. This is due to the severity of the crash.
