Flooding Closes Roadways

 The Ohio Department of Transportation’s traffic website is reporting some road closures in our area due to high water. 

According to OHGo.com State Route 669 in Morgan County is closed near McConnelsville.

There’s also a road closure in Coshocton County on State Route 715. The roadway there is closed between County Road 20 and the Village of Walhonding. 

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office said they’ve also gotten reports of high water on State Route 16 in the Adams Mills area. A sheriff’s dispatcher said water is at least partially covering the roadway.

The Guernsey County Sheriff has placed the county under a level 1 emergency due to flooding conditions on roadways.
