Hydrant Flushing Thursday

The Zanesville Fire Department has plans to flush hydrants Thursday, April 30.

Areas affected include Muskingum Avenue, Moxahala Avenue, Putnam Avenue, Woodlawn Avenue, Jewett Drive and Lake Drive, including all side streets to the city limits.

Flushing will take place from 7:30am-2:30pm.

Residents in these ares may experience discolored water and reduced pressure. It’s advised to wait until after 4pm for the water to clear before doing laundry.
