Panera Bread To Zanesville?

It looks like Panera Bread is considering building a store in the Zanesville area. Planning and Zoning Administrator Pat Denbow says this week Panera Bread officials will be appearing before the board of zoning appeals. Denbow says they are bringing three requests before the board including getting approval for a drive-thru…a variance on the amount of parking they need…and a variance for an off site sign. The company is considering the land next to Mattress Firm at Northpointe and Frazeysburg Road. Denbow says Panera Bread is early in the process of deciding to build in North Zanesville and have not yet applied for building permits. The meeting with the board of zoning appeals is Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
