Starting from a good one on Z92 from Friday night, Tri-Valley’s Kam Karns helped the Dawgs secure the outright MVL big school division title in their 82-62 defeat of Coshocton to close the regular season.

Meanwhile on Highway 103, John Glenn wrapped up a tremendous 18-4 campaign with an impressive 80-57 victory over West Muskingum. Cooper Briggs was a big part of that win, much like he has been for the Muskies team all season long.

Going back a day, Morgan junior guard Myleigh Williams came up huge in the Lady Raiders’ opening round victory over John Glenn in the Division IV girls basketball tournament. She finished with 13 points and eight assists as the Lady Raiders keep moving on in the sectional round.
