Things To Do For Labor Day Weekend

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- If you’re looking for things to do for the Labor Day weekend.There are lots of activities going on right here in Muskingum County.

Zanesville- Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce Vice-President Kelly Ashby said the fun activities range from the farmer’s market to an underground tour walk through Putnam.

“I do encourage everyone to rest up this week because there is just so much fun things to take advantage of,” Ashby said. “We have the Ribfest this weekend. We have Lorena rides all weekend long. This Friday is the Art Walk in downtown Zanesville.”

Ashby said there are a lot of great fun activities for families, couples, and folks that are just simply traveling through the area.

“We have wonderful state parks and those would be great places for cookouts and those family gathering. And also it is probably going to be hot. Something fun that would be just great to take advantage of of is the local hotels with the swimming pools.Do a little mini staycation,” Ashby said.
