Phyllis House

Phyllis E. House, beloved wife of Stephen H. House, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025, as her husband held her hand. She was employed as a Child Support Case Worker with Muskingum County Job & Family Services, retiring following many years of service.

She is survived by a sister, Barbara (Robert) Cline of Marietta. Phyllis is the mother of four sons, Stephen Murphy of Marietta, David (Marnie) Murphy, Phillip (Tequila) Murphy of Lehigh Acres, Florida and Samuel (Autumn) Murphy of Travelers Rest, SC; step-children, Christopher House and Arietta (Jarred) Holland; three grandchildren, Shaun Murphy, Evan Murphy and Morgan (Nick) Gobeli; four step-grandchildren, William (Billie) House, Cassandra House, Kaelin Holland and Emma Holland; three great-grandchildren, Rafe, Rory and Raiden Golbeli and a special friend and care giver, Michelle Newell.
