Victim in DK Manufacturing Accident Identified

Muskingum County- The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal industrial accident in Frazeysburg.

A call came into the sheriff’s office shortly after 5:00am. Sheriff Matt Lutz said it was reported to be an accident at DK Manufacturing in Frazeysburg. The accident was later determined to be fatal.

Sheriff Lutz identified the deceased worker as 46-year-old John Lemaster of Corning.

Sheriff Lutz said that they have contacted the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, to review the case.

An autopsy will be performed at the Licking County Coroner’s Office.
