Van in Canal Investigated

The Zanesville Police and Fire Departments are investigating the discovery of a van in the canal. Fire Department officials say it was found Monday morning upside down in the water. A dive team from the Falls Township Fire Department investigated and determined there was no one inside the vehicle.. Mayor Jeff Tilton says the van was reported stolen Monday morning.
